There is easy access to the TTC since the house is close to bus stops for the 40 and 26 and is near Dundas West Station. The closest grocery stores (FreshCo Loblaws, and NoFrills) are only a short walk/bus ride away.The room is 144 sq. ft. with large windows. The sliding door opens and overlooks the backyard, but there is not a balcony. The closet is big with varied storage spaces/cubicles. It is usually quiet enough, but there is poor sound isolation so sometimes you'll be able to hear the apartment downstairs and they will be able to hear you.
