Available April 1st, I have one unfurnished, private room for rent on the 2nd floor of a house located in Toronto's Junction neighbourhood.The area is cute, clean, safe, and has many interesting local businesses, bars, and restaurants. There is easy access to the TTC since the house is close to bus stops for the 40 and 26 and is near Dundas West Station. The closest grocery stores (FreshCo Loblaws, and NoFrills) are only a short walk/bus ride away.The room is 144 sq. ft. with large windows. The sliding door opens and overlooks the backyard, but there is not a balcony. The closet is big with varied storage spaces/cubicles. It is usually quiet enough, but there is poor sound isolation so sometimes you'll be able to hear the apartment downstairs and they will be able to hear you. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared with myself and one dog. The backyard is shared with the other tenants in the house and one other small dog; however, the deck is only for the tenants on the 1st f
