Being new to the city, I think having a roomie will help alot. A little about me is - I consider myself somewhat introverted & overall pretty chilled out LOL As im very relaxed, id prefer if someone was the same. Though im a big event & travel lover/attendee! Any event you need someone to drag with you? Ill be down 99.9% the time. I side hustle in that fangirl life so I do have a few collections such as some games, consoles, CDs etc. (Which of course, we can share~!) I dont drink or smoke but am down for casual night outs - though admittedly not a big party enjoyer. I understand the need for space and trust. Im just looking for someone I can also be friends with during this big life change:) * I do have a dog. He must be able to come with me. Unfortunately no cats, as I am (very sadly) deathly allergic. * I will be working a job that consists of nights and days If you think wed match well together, hit me up!

Rent: $925/month (includes 1 bedroom, 1 private bathroom, and use of all appliances). 1st and last months rent ($1850 total) will be required for the first month. Shared costs: renters insurance (~$22/month each) and electricity (usually under $50/month each). All other utilities included. The condo is on the 3rd floor with street parking available; sometimes extra stalls are available for sale by other tenants/landlor
